1. What we do

Phoenix HVAC Match is a free referral service that matches homeowners in Greater Phoenix with one independent HVAC contractor. We are not an HVAC contractor, are not licensed to do HVAC work, and do not perform, supervise, price or guarantee any work.

2. Contractors are independent

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We check that they report a current Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license, classification R-39 (residential) or CR-39 (dual) and insurance when they join, but we do not guarantee their work, pricing, licensing status at any later time, or conduct. Verify the license yourself at https://roc.az.gov/ and review any contract before signing.

3. Referral fees

Contractors pay us a flat referral fee per request, as described in our disclosure. We receive no percentage of any job.

4. Your submissions

You agree the information you submit is accurate, that you are the homeowner or authorized by the owner, and that we may share it with one matched contractor as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Contractor terms

Approved contractors: first 3 leads free; then $75 per lead; no long-term contract; weekly invoicing via Stripe; credit for leads reported within 72 hours that have fake contact information, are outside the contractor’s ZIPs, are not HVAC requests, are duplicates, or come from someone who is not the homeowner or authorized by the owner. Contractors must keep their license and insurance current, contact homeowners only as consented, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable law. We may remove contractors at any time.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any contractor’s work, delays, damages or disputes, and our total liability is limited to $100.
