Referral fee disclosure

Phoenix HVAC Match is a referral service. Homeowners pay us nothing. Participating HVAC contractors pay us a flat referral fee of $75 per homeowner request sent to them, after 3 free introductory leads.

• The fee is the same for every request. It is not a commission or percentage of any job and does not depend on whether you hire the contractor.
• Contractors cannot pay to be matched more often. Matching uses a fair rotation among approved contractors covering your ZIP and service.
• The fee may be built into a contractor’s overhead like any marketing cost. You can always get other estimates.
• We do not perform, inspect, price or guarantee HVAC work. Your contract is with the contractor.
