How Phoenix HVAC Match works
One request, one licensed contractor, fair rotation. Free for homeowners.
For homeowners
- You submit a short request with your ZIP code, the service you need and your contact details, and you check a consent box.
- We confirm your ZIP is in our Greater Phoenix coverage area.
- Our system picks one approved contractor through a fair rotation among contractors who cover your ZIP and service type and have open capacity. Contractors cannot pay to move ahead in the rotation.
- That one contractor receives your request by email and contacts you, usually the same business day.
- You get a written estimate and decide. You owe us nothing.
If the contractor does not reach you within a business day or cannot help, email hvacmatchers@gmail.com and we can match you with a different single contractor.
How we make money
Contractors pay us a flat referral fee for each request they receive. The fee is the same for every request, and it does not depend on whether you hire them or how much the job costs. Details are in our referral fee disclosure.
What we are not
We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not diagnose equipment, give prices, schedule service or guarantee work. Your agreement is directly with the contractor.
